Summertime!!!!
Whoa! Where is the Summer going?!?! I look forward to Summer all year long! From the moment the kids go back to school in the Fall to their last day before Summer break - I LOVE having the kids at home and not having to worry about school schedules, events and homework! And I think the kids share the same sentiment (although I’m sure being with Mommy all day long gets boring sometimes).
We kicked the Summer off with some super COOL new haircuts for all three kids! Mommy was a little sad (and still is!) about how short Brandon’s new do ended up. (But I can’t blame anyone but myself as I’m the one who did it!) And look at those stylish gals!
Next, we attended Emily’s preschool graduation! Kindergarten here we come! And Anabelle had a great last week of school with fun end of year activities everyday!
We purposefully didn’t plan a thing for the first two weeks of break! Yay! The kids enjoyed staying up as late as they wanted, sleeping in as late as they wanted, doing craft projects (Anabelle has become an avid knitter!), making homemade bubbles, experimenting with making slime, and of course, swimming in our super classy cattle trough pool :)
Yay for Summertime!
P.S. This isn't our 4Wheeler ... but I'm pretty sure I see one of these in his near future :)
