Change Is Hard :(

Now that the Summer has officially come to an end, we have two school-going kiddos in our family! Miss Emily started pre-school at Stepping Stones and Anabelle started Kindergarten at Meadowbrook!! We knew that it would be a big transition for both of them as they both a very sensitive little people and we had a great Summer together as a family! We tried to cover all the basis; we went shopping for a special "1st day outfits", attended the "meet the teacher" days at each school and got new backpacks, lunch bags and tried to discuss what to expect. Despite all the preparations, there were some tears and second thoughts and little Emily was so exhausted after her 1st day that she literally fell asleep on the way home in her "first day flowers". But we'll get through it! Change is hard! But good things come from being brave and trying new things! We are very proud of our big girls!!
