First Outfit

Until today, Anabelle has been lounging in comfy “onsies” and various “lounge wear”. These comfy clothes keep her warm and make diaper changes easy. However, today we went out for breakfast with Grandma MacDonald and so we thought it was time for Anabelle to wear an actual outfit. She wore her first pair of pants and a cute little top (which made her look quite mature, if I do say so myself). You’d think she’d be too hot in the humid FL summer heat … but she’s a skinny little girl and gets cold easily in the cool AC.  Just about everyone who saw her stopped to comment and everyone was impressed that she is only 11 days old and is already looking so stylish. I did have to keep pulling her little pants back down to her waist line … as they kept riding up … giving her that typical “old man appearance”. Nonetheless … she looked pretty good and got lots of attention!
